Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and keys are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
